Default Aftermarket Lug Nuts on Stock wheels?

Hi guys I'm a noob . So I painted my APv1 rims matte black, it look really good, but it looks aweful with the oem lug nuts. I heard you can't use aftermarket/tuner lug nuts on stock rims cause they won't seat proberly. Anyone know which aftermarket lug nut will work on the stock rims? Will blox or muteki sr35 work? Or do I have to buy the CR lug nuts? thx for your help

AFAIK you have to get cr Lugs

I'd just paint the oem lugs black myself though

I powdercoated the faces of my OEM lugs Black Chrome. I didnt do the part where the lug wrench goes since powdercoat will peel under torque, but you can't even really tell the whole lug isnt done. Havent chipped or anything and i've had them almost a year. I wish they made better ball seat lugs, but nobody does anymore. I'm happy with mine though.

So the stock lugs are "ball-seat"? How about these? http://www.brandsport.com/excl-98-0034.html

Our company actually had some lug nuts made for just this purpose:

http://www.jlbmotorsports.com/store/produc...products_id=617

Our's are much better than the Excalibur stuff posted in that link. Our ball seat lug nuts are 19mm hex, just like OEM Honda lug nuts (so you don't have to keep an additional wrench and/or socket in your trunk - we all know how little room there is in S2000 trunks). Additionally, ours are closed ended, as opposed to open ended like the Excalibur. Open ended lugs will rust out pretty quickly and also allow your studs to become rusty.

We're a sponsor here on S2KI as well.
