Default Air Leak

I have noticed that one rear tire is losing air (less than 1lb. per day). I did a visual on the tire and don't see any nails, etc..

Before I go thru the trouble of taking the tire to a tire shop, do you think they will be able to find a leak this light?

Thanks

you might be able to find the leak. what the tire shop will do is remove the tire, air it up to about 44lbs. and dip it in a tub of water to look for holes and repair if necessary.

its worth the trip to discount tire or another tire shop if this is the case. just tip the repair guy with a few bucks or even better... a gatorade.

otherwise, are you sure you are losing that much? hopefully its just something a miss with hot/cold tire pressures?
