I was thinking this also, what size where you looing at the 17's or the 16's

the 16's are the same size as the stock f 16x6.5 +36 (+55 for stock)
r 16x7 +45 (+65 for stock)

I wonder if it would work ??? has to be lighter then stock !

The spoon wheel run almost the same offset 35f and 45r but they are 7f and 8f in. wide.

Haven't decided what size - probably 17's. The 17's weigh 14lbs each.

I'm thinking about doing the same w/17. I have seen a yellow one on the net with the spoon. It looked real clean. I will try and find the pix and post it.

Doesn't sound wise to me. A +36 offset on the front is just too low unless you have those wider fenders. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Get as close to stock offsets as you can. I think for the front you want to try to get at least a 40 offset on a 7" wheel, and in the rear I think a 40 offset is about the minimum for an 8" wheel. It always depends on what tires you choose and if you are lowered or not.

I have the subs in 17x7.5 48mm all around. 225f/245r tires. I did have to have some machining done to allow for the front hub size. There were some pics from my camera phone on here somewhere. I'll try to find them. If you have any questions I'll try to help you out.

When you mean front hub, do you mean the center hole? I am planning to get rota torques in 17x7.5 and 17x8 with +48mm,with a 73mm center bore, or hub or whatever you call it. Does this sound right or will I have to do some machining to get it to fit? Thanks.
