So I am switching to my winter set of AP1 rim & tires, and I notice that the fronts are not seating flush against the hub. Taking the wheel cap off the I can see that the hub is not coming fully into the wheel it self. It is like it's resting on the outer edge of the circle of the wheel. The car is a 05 all stock. It this normal, or am I missing something.

 

you're probably trying to put the rear wheel on the front. The wheels have different center bore on the front vs the rear.

 

front wheels can fit on the rear- rear wheels will not fit on the front (without boring out the center of the wheel).

 

That was the issue thanks. I will be heading back to tire shop to get tires flip around since the put the wrong tire on the wrong rim.
