I would go with the 205/55R16 and 225/50R16 rear. While you can go with the 205/55R16 all the way around I would not recommend it except for winter driving. If I can help let me know.

Jim, what are the benefits to this setup in winter driving? and what tires do you recommend for winter driving?

Ryan - as Jim suggests, I would go with 205/55/R16 for the fronts and 225/50/R16 for the rears. I would highly recommend checking out the Hankook Ventus V12 Evo's which are on rebate from Hankook right now. They can be bought from TireRack.com for cheap already, plus the $80 rebate which makes them a great deal. They have proven to be a great wet/dry tire for street use and still hold up well to the trails of autox and track. The price is especially great if they will just be your temporary wheels.
