Default AP1 wheels on an AP2?

Would running AP1(16inchers) wheels on an AP2 be a problem?

Surely I don't want to disturb the suspension geometry but I'm
ever seeking lower rolling resistance and trying to emulate
the AP1 feel for my AP2!

Maybe AP1 wheels...GroundControl coils/Eibach sways....and
of course gearing the car will give it the AP1 feel?

i have run ap1 wheels with 225 all around on my cr and my 07. if does not affect geometry, but with a smaller contact pacth it won't handle as well. i did this mainly for better gas mileage on the long hauls.

No issues, but you can find 17" wheels that are significantly lighter than 16" AP1.
