huh?? are you guys for real????!!!!!!!!

12 lbs heavier for the set?.. who the f... cares!!!.... do guys that care about the 12 extra lbs have anything else going on in their life? and someone with a straight face tell me that you can actually feel the diff in performance. i think the two disadvantages are the following - 1 of them is legit... 1) they are not forged, and 2) you can't brag that you have spent $3k on bbs rims.

i can hit 10 distroyer potholes on 10 of my rims before i spend the same as a guy who bought the bbs version or. think about that teenage rockerfellers.

the volks and bbs were my favorites - just could't justify the price - would rather save up for a 911 or m3.

in closing - i'll bet the same guys that care about those 12 lbs have 100 lbs worth of chunka chunka subs/amps in the trunk!

take that you whippersnappers!
signed,
a guy that is feeling older every day

yeah but i don't think that little bit of unsprung weight is going to affect our daily driving that much. I bought these in the 18" version and will be using them for show and for street use. For the track, we can switch to lighter weight wheels, where those pounds really matter!!!

Other than that, these are great looking wheels, and for 90% of the time for most of us, that's what really matters.
