Default ASA AR1 Wheels From Tire Rack

I like these wheels in the black with machined lip. It appears the only choice they have at the moment is the 17x8 all around. I have a 2002 and was wondering would 8 inch all around work? What tire sizes would I need to have no issues.

Thanks for the help.

Id wait for staggered sizes to come back in stock. You don't want to regret your purchase later on.

They would work but I would also wait for the 9" rear wheel.
If I can help let me know.

Thanks Jim,

I will contact you directly. I was more concerned about running an 8inch wide wheeel up front vs the recommended 7.5inch wheel? What tire and wheel size would you recommend for front and rear? Will this wheel be coming out with a 9inch rear and a 7inch front?

They were selling 7's in front and 8's in back. I don't know where Jim got the 9's?

Interesting. These wheels would be far more attractive if a 9 was available.

Yeah, I remember them coming in 7" front / 8" rear. Maybe when the OP asked about 8" all the way around he really meant the rears and not the fronts. We all just assumed (including Jim) that he was talking about the fronts since that's a normal size, hence the 9" rear confusion.

Unless they're really coming out with a 9" wheel for the rear, in which case I just might be interested

...and higher offsets. The 7s are +48 and the 8s are +45, which is just on the edge of acceptable without lowering.

Spoke with Jim about the ASA wheel and they will not be coming out with a 9inch wheel. I will wait for staggered sizing.

Jim is a great guy to deal with and good pricing
