Azenis RT-615
I seemed to have only come up with old topic threads dating back to 05' after searching about the quality and durability of the Falken Azenis RT-615's, so I'm looking for some insight.
I will be using these on a daily driven S so I want them to have less road noise than some of the R compound tires out there, be good in the rain/cold but to give me the feeling that I can still grip the road with the best of them.
1. I will not be planning on auto x'ing in the near future
2. I may make it to the drag strip a handful of times.
Is there anyone that has recent experience with these that can give there 2 cents? (should I look into another setup other than Azenis?)
Optional Tire Sizes:
215/45/17 fronts
225/45/17 fronts
235/40/17 rears
255/40/17 rears
What setup would be optimal?

Ok so given your responses the Falkens are a no go, the Yokohama Neova is out (due to the tire specs that don't match OEM), Michelin Pilots are a no go due to the same issues listed above. How many more comparable tire do I have to choose from? FK-452 these any good?
Man getting a good tire that gives you both performance and looks are hard to come by when trying to match OEM specs. I will remember this when it comes time to buy aftermarket wheels, I'll be sure to look at the tires that I want match the wheels.....bummer!
Still can't make up my mind....

I have on the car now 215/45R17 front 235/40R17 I think.
Issue is that the rears are SMALLER than the fronts and the OEM tire rolling. Though the charts show the RPM being much lower which one would assume is that the smaller RPM would yield a larger tire.
My thought is to get a 245/45/17 but the RPM goes down even more so makes me think that the tire will be even smaller rolling diameter.
Thoughts on this?

245/45/17 might be to large for the OEM wheel, the offset should be 40, but correct me if I'm wrong, the OEM wheel will hold 45 offset but it comes with a lot of stress.
I'm going to go with the Dunlops, in the OEM fitment this time around. They appear to have just about every thing I'm looking for.
What are some of the prices I should be getting for all four tires installed and balanced?
