I just bought the 17'' BBS RG-R rims from tirerack with 225/45/17 and 255/40/17 S-03's. I was just wondering what tire pressure is best for this setup. Also, when I put the wheels on, I heard to torque them at 80psi...is that correct? I appreciate any help with this.

You would use the OE air pressures and torque spec the car had as OE. Honda torque is 80 lbs.

Congrats on the new wheels/tires. Post some photos, I'm interested in that combo too, photos of the 17's are hard to find. Thx.
