Bent VOLK LE37T...Buying new wheels
Hi guys,
Driving home from work the other day, a pothole cobbled up my passanger rear Volk LE37T. I believe it is repairable, but the shop that can repair it has a week turn around time and I have no extra wheels. So I am using that as an excuse to buy an extra set of wheels for my car
(Plus I would like to limit my Volks for summer use only)
I am looking at the Enkei PF01's:
Staggered fit 17x8 - 50 offset (front) 225/45 Tires and 17x9 - 60 offset (rear) 255/40 Tires. Plan on going with Kumho Ecsta 4X all season tires since I have high performance summer tires on my Volks.
What do you guys think? I know these should fit with no problem but I was debating between 215 and 225 for the front tire. I was uncertain of how the various tire sizes would compliment each other from the front and the rear. Does anyone have any experience with similar wheel / tire sizes that could give any helpful opinions?
Thanks,
Allen
