245/40/17 came up as $116 a tire. Sweet pricing. Will need to pick up at least 2 very shortly. Any idea how long this pricing will last?

255/40/17 I see is $79 a tire. Holy crap!!

Anyone know if that size tire will fit a 17X8" wheel +44 offset without rubbing?
