Default camber question

whats up guys, i just got some new wheels today and having a little trouble fitting the front without rubbing on some turns. the size is 18x8.5 +44. im trying to fool with the camber adjustmet myself but not a whole lot of success yet. what i wanted to know was is the camber adjustment the bolt straight ahead when u take the wheel off or is it the one underneath the car? thanks in adance.
