Default Can I run 18x8 w/ +45 offset?

I found a set of wheels I really like, but I am not sure if I can run them without major issues. I think I (sorta) understand how offsets work, and I don't mind if the wheels stick out farther than stock (as long as it isn't really bad). I'm more concerned about rubbing.

So on stock suspension, can I run an 18x8 wheel w/ +45mm offset?
