Possible, yes. Practical? No.
You can get CF rims for motorcycles, I believe it was DYMAG that was making them but they are quite exspensive, a cool thing is that WHEN you break them they would sell you a replacement set for 50% off. I don't know if they were approved by the dot for highway use but I wouldn't do it myself. Imagine running down the highway and hitting a piece of lumber that has fallen off a tuck and then boom your wheel explodes!! Costly and dangerous. One of the cool properties about CF is that you can trust it is still perfect unless it's totally destroyed.

It would not have any practical use for cars. You actually want the wheels to bend like aluminum. That way they absorb a hit but don't break. On top of the fact that nobody could afford them.
