Cleanest White s2000 - What Wheels Are These?

I'm in the market for new rims and ran across this picture:

Anyone know what wheels these are and what size they are?

They kinda look likes meister wheels

SSR SP1. The SP1 has bolts and then spoke while the Work Meister S1 has bolts all around.
