Default Clearance issues

I was wondering what kind of clearance issues do you think I will run into with my current wheels when I drop my car. I am planning on dropping it about 1.4"-1.5" and my Works are F=17x7+42 and R=17x8+47, just wondering if you think I will need to run a more then aggresive alingment with this set-up or shuold I clear without rubbing, the tires are factory sized Kumho MX's; please help me out so I know what to expect in the next week when I do lower it

More aggressive alignment and a fender roll might do it. Those aren't great offsets for a 1.5 inch drop.

I sent him the UK alignment specs. Anyone else with experience with these low offsets want to comment.

Mine are +45 F (17x8) & +45 R (17x9), I rub with a one inch drop (Eibach's). 7" front, you should run a narrower tire than stock, or one with a small contact patch like the OEM Potenza's. Tire Rack's site shows the contact patches for all their tires, either that or call Jim and he will set you straight, but he will tell you that you are going to rub. UK alignment is a good idea.
