what needs to be done

Got a set of Works meister s1 coming

18x8 +43 - F
18x8.5 +49 - R

Will fenders need rolling and what size tyres would be recommended if i intend to lower the car about 1.5 inch from stock?

pulled front fenders and rolled rear fenders...negative camber and 225/40 up front and 245/35 in the rear...

I agree. It takes some work but you can make those fit. I would stay with the narrower tires. If I can help with the tires let me know.
