Crazy wheel setups...
Ok,
As some of you have read a few of my threads you should know I am looking for something unique!!! I have found the wheels and I know about what size I want to run. However, Everytime I ask the question of low offsets I get the typical it wont fit from those who have never tried.
What I am asking is: with a 18 x 10 what is the lowest offset anyone has run on a stock body? how much camber and what tire size?
What about with pulled and rolled fenders?
These are the rims I will be getting:
another similar sized lip I am going for:
The offsets I was looking at are: 18 x 9 +49 and 18 x 10 +37
Any nay sayers keep your mouths shut unless you can point out to me with the math why they won't fit. for example if it sticks out 2 inches from the body then I can understand that I dont have enough camber or I need wide fenders.
TIA
Mike

the rim colors will be the blue in the first picture. If you have a wild setup with a crazy offset post up your pictures and specs such as offset, size and camber.

225/40 tire up front with a rolled and flared front fender and a 245/35 tire in the rear with a nice flat roll and -4 camber and you should clear those.

Personally I hate Volk offsets. But anyways I have a similar fit out in the back.Half an inch wider but offset is very close. So heres a pic to give you an idea of how your wheels will stick out..

AlleyKat thats what 0 camber in that pic. And arent these Sinji's old VSKF wheels. I think he used what like -3.5 degrees of camber and it fit... right?

Also, I recommend cutting the rear bumper mounting tab near the wheel well. Thats usually the part that actually rubs on most set ups and can give you the extra space you are probably going to need.
Riley might be of help here too so you might want to send him a pm. He's always been really good about answering questions I've thrown at him.
Nice wheels btw and props for trying something new.

you can go as low as +32 in the rear for stock body with max camber(about 3.5 on stock camber bolts), fender rolled and relocated bumper tab. the fronts are okay with camber mods.
