Default Curb rash

I have ap2v1 wheels and have a little curb rash on both passenger side. It isn't too severe but I was wondering is it possible to buff or polish out the scratches? Thanks

It should be. A picture might help to see the severity, but even moderately curb rashed wheels can be sanded/polished out.
