Default AP2V1 Refinishing?

Hey guys,

I just picked up a set of AP2V1s with a little bit of curb rash. It's really not that deep and I wanted to see if there were any writes ups that I can follow that go about sanding down/re-polishing these.

Thanks!

I'm sorry if this isn't a help I believe the AP2V1 wheels are all painted? My only concern would be paint color matching.

Hrmmm... a good read, but the curbage on mine isn't close to that bad.

I figured the outside lip and 'face' of the V1 spokes were machined, not painted. I was hoping to be able to just sand/polish.

I appreciate the link...but... anyone else?

Well I've done the repair a few times. Polished wheels machined wheels etc. One thing that could work well is P21S metal finish restorer. Post a picture of your wheels and I can try to help you out a little more.
