Default does anyone know how to paint the OEM wheels well?

I'm trying to paint the stock wheels but I don't wanna powder coat them. I need to use the car everyday, don't wanna wait 2 ~ 3 days for powder coating.
Thanks

You can use high temp spray paint...but I wouldn't advise it. Anything other than powder coating will chip. Probably not on the road, but when you take them in for new tires, the tools they use will chip the paint. If you're willing to touch them up each time, then I guess it isn't a big deal. Powder coating is definitely the way to go for permanent painting though.

Is the S your only car? If not, then throw it on stands for two or three days and don't worry about it.

If it is your only car, then you're in a little bit of a bind. You might consider purchasing a second set of wheels and powdercoating those. Then turn around and sell yours once you get the painted wheels back. I would imagine that if you're going to paint them, then you could use a set that is older or maybe scratched up a bit. You might be able to pick them up cheaper that way.
