Heres a pic to help clarify the offset questions:



Notice how the rear wheel sticks out slightly farther than the oem would. That because these wheels have a lower offset than oem. I think they are around +55 or so (cant remember exactly).The lower the offset you get the farther the wheel will stick out. These are also 9 in wide in the rear. I think the 18x7.5 with +48 will work but I would not want to run it. Like many have suggested, I would try to stick with a staggard setup. I say save up a little extra money and get the correct offset, its worth it in the long run. And if you have to, buy used wheels and save a little money, thats what I did.
