I use my old AP1 wheels for my winter tires and decided this coming year to coat the center caps black and get some black lug nuts. But terminology is different than I expected.

Are the nuts listed as 'bulge seats' the same as the spherical seats on the OEM nuts? I know I need some m12x1.5 black nuts but it seems no one lists spherical seats and it is clear that conical seats don't match the OEM wheels.

Anyone to enlighten me?

 

Typically "bulge seat" is synonymous with "ball" or "radius" seat lug nuts. You can get a set of these off Ebay for $25 or so.
