Dunlop Graspic winter tires
Went from SO2 summer tires on my 2002 S to Dunlop Graspic tires.
205 front
225 rear
Not only do I never have wheel spin, I can actually accelerate in light snow.
I even went in an empty parking lot covered in snow and had a hard time making the car slip and slide. Even on all that snow I had no problem accelerating from a standing start.
Amazing what a good set of snow tires can do. If I had known my S could handle decently in the snow I would never have bought my winter beater!

Personally, I'm not too worried about actual traction in the snow. What I DO worry about is,
1. Salt corrosion, and chips from the gravel/dirt they use to clean up the snow.
2. Idiot drivers that still run with summer/bald tires.
Those are the reasons why I have a daily driver.
