Emergency! will these offset fit?

offsets: 35mm front and 38mm rear

size and width: 17x8 front and 17x9 rear

bolt pattern: 5 x 114.3

will fit lowered s2ks?

Offsets are WAY too low, esp. for the rear. With those, I'm thinking they'll stick out and rub. Actually, I know they will.
