Thumbs up Enkei fitment

Hello all,
found an interesting deal on Enkei RPF1 Silver in 18'' and was wondering if they would fit my stock AP1 (not lowered) without rolling fenders, playing with camber and if I would have any rubbing issue.

Here are the specs:
Rims
18x7.5 +48
18x8 +35

Tire Sizes
225/40ZR18 - Fronts
255/35ZR18 - Rears

Let me know what you think and thanks for your help.

You might have a problem with the rears. Why would you want an 18X8 in the rear anyway?

I would hold out for something better in size; Enkei RPF-1 are cheap wheels they're like $1250 brand new for 18s, so unless these wheels are 800 bucks with tires, I would be patient.
