Closest available offset that meets the Wheel Fitment guidelines for a 17" wheel is Front: 8" @ +45 and Rear: 9" @ +45. Would this be possible with a little fender manipulation, or is this too out of spec to run cleanly? Not looking for a slammed look as it needs to be functional as a daily. Thanks.

They can be used with a slight fender roll on front and rear, along with the rear bumper tab relocation. Those are the same specs as the rpf1s. There are hundreds of people running those wheels, so it should be easy to search and find out exactly what needs to be done.
