Question Falken Azenis RT-615

i've been told that the 215/45/17 and 245/40/17 are the way to go for my emotion xt7s (17x7 +42, 17x8 +42). but will getting a 245/45/17 in the rear look much bigger or affect whether or not i rub? i'm just wondering cause i can't find 245/40/17s in the Azenis RT615, only 245/45/17.

thanks!

get 235/40/17 to be safe, or 255/40/17 & roll your rear fenders to make sure you don't rub. you sig says you have swift springs, maybe a 1" drop. i doubt you would rub with 255 in the rear even without fender rolling.

i just had the same problem. they dont make a 245/40/17 tire in the azenis. i then figured id just try to get a yokohama advan ao48 in a 245/40/17 but thats not made either! i went with a 255 azenis because a 235 is too narrow in my opinion. either make the 255 work or go with the bridgestone you're leaning towards.

as far as i've read and as far as i've been told, they seem to be basically the best tire you can buy right now, except for maybe the ADVAN Neovas. is this true?

hell no! theres quite a few tires that are better. my personal favorite is the yokohama advan AO48. theres nothing better if you have the money.
