Fender Rolling
I just recently bought some mildly agressive wheels that will likely require fender rolling. I didn't anticipate the trouble I would have finding a reputable shop willing to roll my rears. One shop I talked to specifically stated that they weren't willing to take the risk on an S2000 because the last time they did, they got stuck with $4000 worth of body work. Is it really that difficult to roll the rear fenders on the S2000? I was under the impression that all it took was a little patience, a rolling tool, and a heat gun.
Offset is +54 and tires are 255/40/17 RT615. Camber is currently at -2 degrees and I am lowered about 1.25 inches in the rear on KW's.
I don't mind rolling my fenders so long as it's not as big of a headache as the one guy described on my phone call.

AP2, thanks for the vote of confidence. I was surprised when you replied to my thread, as it was you who inspired me to go with the CE28N's and go a little more aggressive. I know it's not as aggressive as yours, but they look so much better than the +63's that everyone else has.

I've rolled multiple fenders for S2000 owners including my own... a simple roll is just that - simple. The last set I did took me around 2 hours. No paint cracks, cant tell the difference from stock. With proper tools and a little attention to detail its a no-brainer.

Yeah, it seems like quite a few guys have done theirs without issue. I'd rather have a professional do it, but I haven't been able to find anyone in my local area.
I figure I can get about 4.25 more millimeters of clearance by going another degree of camber in the rear, but I can easily get 6-7 by rolling. I don't know if I'd clear with just another 4 and 1/4. From the pictures above, what do you think?

Its hard to tell from the picture, but with an extra degree of camber it should be close. Are you rubbing on the fender or the part where the bumper meets the fender? Most rubbing in the rear occurs on the bumper where it is bolted to the rear quarter panel... shaving the bumper is the common fix, not difficult at all either.
