fitment question on

Can I fit a 265/40/17 on the rear for a 17 x 8.5 +50 offset
and a 225/45/17 in the front for a 17 x 7.5 +45 offset

Car is lowered an inch all around

maxx on an 8.5 i would go is 255, just my opinion.

Squishing a 265 onto an 8.5" wheel is going to result in some pinch, and also make the sidewall "balloon" a bit. I wouldn't go bigger than a 255 on an 8.5" wheel.
