Yep, C is for cast FNO1-R are the forged model.

safe offsets and forged? i'd go with volks hands down. te's or ce's.

Also found Racing Hart has two forged wheels with ideal offsets.

I'll ask the obvious question. Why does it matter?

There's plenty of forged wheels that are weaker than a similarly designed cast wheel. Forging allows lesser material for the same strength to meet safety standards. But that doesn't mean ALL forged wheels are strong. There are plenty of poorly engineered or wheels engineered at the limit that will crack/bend just as easily as their cast cousins.

In fact, I'd venture to say that some of the newer cast Rays Engineering wheels are probably stronger, and of similar weight of other forged wheels.

^^^ True but in most cases a forged wheel offers more strength and less weight.

Almost none of the forged wheels mentioned in this thread are truly S2000 specific (ie hubcentric).

How do you know which wheels are good for Solo. Im going to guess that the CE28 are not legal huh?
