Default Free tires from dealer?

My car has 7,444 mi. on it and it's an '03. When i bought it, it had cut stock springs.(i know i know , way shitty) They tires in the front wear only in the inside from when i had those cut springs on.(put stock ones on Fri.) Do you think that i could take it to the dealer and say, something like hey it drifts to the right and my tires are wearing quick and uneven, and see what they say, if they'll pay for new ones... but it's the same dealer that put the stock springs on so they knew i had cut springs. (maybe another dealer)
Or should i say it and get new tires?
If so, what kind would you suggest for good rain, dry, and wear good with great handling?
90% leading towards S0-3, because that's as far as my knowledge goes with tires.
Any information would be much appreciative.
Thanks you
P

I do not think lying to the dealer is a good way to establish a healthy business relationship (or any relationship for that matter). Your concerns about getting caught are completely besides the point, what you're proposing to do is unethical. Is that how you want to be?

The best handling tire for warm, dry weather is the OEM SO2. If you want improved warm, wet weather performance, the SO3 PP is the choice to make. For the SO3 be sure you get a matched set with the stock size up front and 245/45/16 tires in the rear.

If you get Bridgestone SO3 PP tires, use 205/55/16 up front and 245/45/16 in the rear. I wouldn't stretch 255s onto our 7.5" rear rims.

If my S0-2's in the front are in good condition, except for wearing on the inside a little on both from my cut springs, do you think i should get new front S0-3's for front? There is a lot of tread left with the S0-2's in the front, but is it good to have all 4 the same and get them at the same time?
Thanks
Parker
