Front Fender Flaring
Hi wheel fitment gurus
I have four 17x9 +38 wheels that I got from a friend. I'm trying to sell two of them, but don't have many bites. I will definitely be running them in the rear and have my fenders rolled and will be relocating the bumper tab and trimming as spring gets closer.
If two of the wheels don't sell I've been toying with the idea of running them up front as well.
I found this thread:

But this can't be how everyone flares their fenders, is it? I had thought the procedure used a roller and just kept rolling, heating, and pulling until it was flared enough.
How do you flare front fenders?
Thanks all for any input!!

That's what I had thought, the standard method of rolling a fender would end up pulling/flaring the fronts. I just didn't want to roll the lip flat (like I normally would) and find out that the "normal" way of flaring was pulling the lip out like in the link above.
Guess I'll just roll like I normally would and pull until I clear.
