what causes it? misalignment, tire pressure, aggressive turning ?

camber in the alignment and many highway/non-twisty drives to take advantage of the camber in the alignment.

Check out these pics below Ric... Definitely offer a good opportunity to realize the front inner tire wear on our S2K's comes from: 1) camber (necessary to give best grip in the turns), 2) Yes...aggressive driving in the twisties, and 3) The general lateral physics that generate slip/grip when in a hard turn (that's #2 restated differently...but it IS much of our problem, now isn't it! )...
