Gas in tires?

Hi all!

What gas do you use in your tires? Anything specialized or such?

Any advantage/disadvantage to it?

I've occasionally heard of someone putting Helium in their tires, but I believe the general consensus is that it doesn't do much.

I have heard of nitrogen but never helium.

its really only used in high speed racing so that the air pressure of the tire will not change drastically as the tires really start to heat up, for regular driving, you really don't need it.
