Default Going to Order 18" SSR GT1's

I'm probably going to order these from Tire Rack this week. 18x8 fronts and 18x9 rears. I have two questions:

1. What's the best type tire for this application. I'm in Florida so I do need to have wet traction. I obviously don't need to worry about snow. Is there a tire that you guys use and recommend? Choices:

Bridgestone Potenza RE050A
Bridgestone Potenza S-03 Pole Position
Dunlop SP Sport 9000
Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3
Michelin Pilot Sport
Yokohama AVS ES100

They all cost about the same so that's not an issue.

2. I've been reading that the stock wheels are 17.5 lbs. and 18.6 lbs. respectively. The SSR GT1's are 18.5 and 19.5 lbs. Is one pound unsprung weight at each wheel really going to make that much of a difference? Will the car feel slower? Should I select a lighter wheel?

Thanks!
