Default Good Year F1

Has any one tried Good Year eagle F1 and in what size?. Are these better than OEM ? The official Good Year site recomends 225x50x16 for the rears.

The problem is the Goodyear would have a contact patch that is 1.2" narrower than the stock tire. It just isn't a good fit.

Here's a question for Jim:

I'm looking at these tires too. The specs on the F1s look better the S02s all the way around. If the contact patch is smaller then what size would you recommend for front and rear (both 16 inch).
