Default GoodYear F1

Hi, I just bought a new set of Goodyear F1s from TireRack for my S2000.
My question is the tires look new but for some reason they do not have the little attached rubbers sticks all over the tires, that tires have when they are brand new. Is that the way that TireRack delivers the tires or these tires may be used?
Thanks

We do not sell any seconds or blems or used tires. They are new. Not all tires will have the little pieces of rubber on them.
