Default GPW Wheel Recommendation

So I've decided to start saving for some wheels and I'm struggling to find some I really love on GPW. I want something one piece, square setup, 17x9.5+, keep stock fenders (roll and relocate tabs is fine) and run 255s. I'd prefer something not silver and I'm just kinda stuck. Best idea in my mind right now is CE28s 17x10 +45 in Bronze, but I'd love to also not spend $3k. I don't like the 17x10 Forgestars either.

Yeah you are stuck all right. There is not very many 17x10 options out there. I think Advan has a few you may look into. Wedsport has these that just came out but not in bronze WedsSport SA72R 17" Wide Spec

Was just about to suggest 17x10 +50 RZII in black.

Don't you need to pull fenders to run the +45 CEs? 17x10 +52 949 6UL is another option, I think they look great personally.

Oh right, I also dont like black.

Not huge on the Wedsports but definitely an option, as are the Advans, need to look into those more.

I was also kinda considering Spoon CR93s and doing extended lugs and running 15mm spacers all around. They'd be 17x9.5 +48 which is great size. I'd be pretty locked into them with doing the lugs, but I had the wheels on my old car and know I'd like them, even in silver.

I'd probably do it for those wheels.

Not huge on the 6UL, love them in 15s on Miata, but I just don't think they translate well to a 17 IMO.

I guess something to consider with the Advans or weds or any of the less expensive options you could always paint of powder coat them to whatever color you want and still come in cheaper than the Volks.

Exactly, I nice deep bronze like Volk's might look good on the RZ2s. I just reached out to Evasive to see if they still carry those or if thats a group buy only kinda thing.

Silver is my favorite color but I know that some people want to be different. Colors to consider for GPW are Gun Metal, Bronze, and Gold (light gold like the ones on Advans). Black wheels on any car look too muted. It robs the wheel of showing off its design and looks nasty and boring (because silver isn't lol). My opinion! Don't kill me haha. The problem is that there aren't many wheel options available for the sizing you are looking for. Good luck with the search!
