I went with 205/50-16 front, 245/45-16 rear. Better aesthetically to have the fronts slightly smaller than rears than rears slightly larger than fronts! IMHO...
I have run 225/50-16 front and 245/45-16 rear on the stock rims for track use, but the fronts bulge way out, too wide for the 6.5" rims. Looks bad, too, since in addition to bulging out beyond the rims a lot more, the fronts are also larger in diameter. The front tires looked so much bigger I thought they'd accidentally mounted the front tires on the rear and vice versa.
