Default Have a ? about tire sizes

I am debating on what size to run on the fronts. Here are the specs on the wheels
SSR Professors SP1
17x8.5 +55 offset (front)
17x9.5 +68 offset (rear)

I am going to run a 255/40/17 in the rear now the question is what should I run in the front? I was wanting to run a 225/40/17 in the front and stretch the tire out some but will it look right? I am lowered on about a 2.25 in drop in the front. What recommendations would you have.

225/40/17
225/45/17
235/40/17

The 225/45R17 is the size to run. It is the only one to keep the same rolling diameter as stock and the same as your rear tire.
If I can help let me know.
