I'm more concerned about the rear fit and finish. 285 is really going to be over stretched on that width. Its much more suitable for your front 10.5" up to an 11". There just isn't much sidewall on that tire so its rim dimensions are more finite. May I suggest the 295/30 minimum if you are going for the 11.5". And I assume you will be running a 25mm functional rear over fender as well?

10.5"/285/30 +50 would be what you want up front to sit looking good without too much compromise in fitment/rubbing on outside fender. You could move to a 265/35 if you want a more stretched looking tire, but it will be noticeably larger sidewall then a 285 or even a 295 in the rear, so a 315/30 in the rear would be the right overall diameter match. With a functional added 25mm over fender in rear on a 11.5" you would accommodate a 315 at +52-+55 without issue and tire would sit pretty square/ meaty on that rim

Yeah sorry I don't typically make recommendations around show fitments. Sounds like you already have a pretty good grasp on the offset range you need to achieve the look you want with your set up.

What tire size are you planning on running in front? If you really stretch a 245 or something like that then you can go a lot more aggressive than +45. I have seen a lot of people run 10" +51 (with 245/35 tire), 11.5" +57 on stock body and you have 25mm more clearance in the front. +45 would be good for a 275/285 tire though.
