My dad is currently thinking of replacing the tire's and it not sure what make to go with. we have michelin tires on our honda civic 92 model and they seem to last very well and my dad sometimes pushes the car a bit hard.(not as hard as the S of course) . Should he get the 02's , 03's or a different make of tire. He normally pushes the car quite hard (as all of us do) but tries to avoid drifting and wheel spinning. The car is regularly used by both of my parents. What tire choice can you reccomend for the S ?? (still has stock rims).

Well...with your new set of tires...what did you want different in comparison to the stock S02's?

a. longevity
b. wet weather
c. more grip

The stock tires are pretty much maxed out for "c. more grip", but longevity and wet weather characteristics are lacking.

 

He is lookig for tyre's that will last about 15k with normal driving will have grip in wet weather , and are gripy within 5-10 min of driving.
If any trye's are like that then could you ost them and if there are tires that come any close to that then any sujestions would be helpfull.
