Help for Tires

What tire size would you recommend for 18x8 +40 offset wheels in the front and 18x9.5 +40 offset wheels in the back? I'm thinking about lowering it about an inch.

You need a roll and probably some pulling flaring tab relo and a good amount of camber. There is no tire combo that will allow those wheels to fit without fender mods.

Yes. Fender roll is absolutely required with a fitment like this.
