Cannot really find any pics, I am considering getting TRM C3's in a square setup on my stock AP1, would be running a 17x9 +62 with 245/40 tires. I'm just not sure if it would look goofy not being lowered. My stock AP1 rims look tiny and sunk into the wheel wells lol.
IMO not great. The fronts look like they stick out more because there is less space than the rear.
That was sort of what I was afraid of. It is frustratingly difficult to find reasonably priced wheels that have the proper offset and width. I am also looking at getting Enkei EDR9's in a staggered fitment from tire rack as they are close to the right size (although an aggressive offset).
I would love to just find regular AP2 wheels, but they seem to be like gold lol.
My buddy runs that setup on his AP1 and it doesn't look that bad actually. The TRM wheels have a low enough offset that they don't poke up front at stock height. The rear are going to be more sunken in, but that's true with any square setup on the S2000 unless you run staggered offsets. This setup looks much better with some meaty 255s though; my car looks kinda silly right now because I'm running a similar setup but on 235 RSRRs.

Agreed, I have these exact wheels and 245 tires on one of my s2k right now at stock ride height and it looks quite good. 9 +62 is not that aggressive, just a bit more then stock to make them sit a bit more flush with fender, which looks better then sunken in/stock. You want a decent sport alignment though, like -1 - 1.5 camber up front. I will drop a few pics.

Do you have any pics? I am debating these wheels or a set of Fortune coilovers.
I run the TRM C3 17x9 +62 255-40-17 Re-71R on my 06 with Koni Yellows and C/R spring at normal ride height. No problems at all. Actually have 2 sets of C3.
949 makes some wheels in 17x9+55, but they are about $80 more per wheel. 9+55 puts the wheel close to the fender line. A 245/40 would be fine on that wheel. If you step up to a 255/40, you will only need to push the front fender tabs up and trim the fender liner.
regardless of offset, most aftermarket wheels look weird at stock height.
Not the best pictures, but hopefully these help. The AP1 is on square TRM C3s and 255s with a bit more camber than stock. No other changes to the suspension. My car is on 17x9 +63 TSWs with square 245 and is lowered about an inch. The first picture should give you a good idea of how the wheels look from the front. It's a good look.
