Default How to find offsets on Volks

Hi guys,

One of my friends is selling a set of Volks, and he can't figure out what the offsets are. I am nowhere near the rims right now, so I can't look for him -- I had him look, and he said that all the casting marks said "690kg, 18x J, 7809 3, 7522 3, 7522 4, 7522 5" and that the only sticker said "jawa authorization rim design commitee". So I don't know what to tell him besides taking a tape measure to the wheels, which sounds like it would prove inaccurate at this point given his level of experience. Is there an easier way to find offsets on a set of Volks (AV3s)? Thanks!

I thought mine had a sticker inside the rim with the offset. I'll look when I get home if no one is able to answer sooner.

Yah, that's what I thought too. However, I thought they also usually cast the offset onto the wheel somewhere like other manufacturers. My Blitz Type 01s had the offset cast onto the inside of the wheel....
