How often you change tires?
Is it normal that I have not change my tires after 25k miles in 2 years? Every time I take my car out for an oil change at Honda Dealer, they said my tires are still fine with approx 80% rubber left. potenza re01
I put about 25k on my Sumitomos and the fronts were still good for another 15k. that's after 2 track days and an autoX too. I hated them for having no traction and being super hard, but the mileage was really good.
Rear inners were balding from having slight negative camber so I threw them out completely and got StarSpecs recently. let's see how long these last...

Depends on how you drive the car and what type of tire. The Potenza RE010 have a UTQG of 120 A A so it doesn't normally have a long treadwear life. That fact that you got 25k out of them is impressive. The roads and driving conditions where you live have probably helped prolonged the life of the tires. The fronts will usually last a good bit longer than the rears, so make sure they are telling you the readings for both. Tire selection is a compromise amongst many different factors.
My BFGoodrich g-Force Sports tires didn't last long. The rears only went about 15k miles before they were bald while the fronts still had at least 60% life on them (UTQG of 340 AA A). I ended up replacing all four with Sumitomo HTR Z IIIs (UTQG of 300 AA A)- I expect them to have a similar life based on the UTQG and my driving habits (but hope they last longer - so far, with over 5k miles on them they seem to holding up much better).
