These are my puppies 5 Zigen Hyper 5ZR. Not to offend anyone here but every second S (being sarcastic) has either those SSR split 5 star rims or Volk TE 37. It's like those are the only 2 rims on earth that fit the S.

Volk has quite a few rims that work supposedly. I have the SSR comps myself.
This was actually the wheel I was looking at buying originally and wheelmax told me no way in hell.
Supposedly though you can can get Zigen to do a custom forged to you offset specs... but its damned expensive. I don'tk now if the info I got on that was correct though.
I know there are people running 18x7.5 all around on the boards here somewhere who say that they have no issues. You might be able to use the +48 offset 18's and roll your rear fender. Unfortunately I can only comment based on what I've read since I went from stock wheels to the competitions which have the right offsets. I read and researched the crap out of wheels before buying though. I read about the various problems for weeks before coming to a decision.

gaebril,
were your SSR competitions the standard size that SSR recommends? (f: 7.5", +48 and r: 8.5", +55)
MB06,
The 19" you are looking at aren't going to happen with these wheels. The sizes that MIGHT be usable above, don't have any tire sizes in 19" that fit.
Use the table that Tireguy put earlier in the thread, it sums what is ok specwise. Use http://www.wheelspecs.com to browse as many unique wheels you want. The plain reality is there is not many affordable non-custom wheels that fit the car without comprimises. That's why everybody has the same wheels.

I don't understand why everyone makes rim replacement such a big deal! You go to www.tirerack.com and see which rims fit your car! Believe me, it's not worth losing sleep over!
