Installation Question

The ability to run a certain size spacer (with the amount of stud remaining in mind) also involves the offset of the wheel, correct? And I'm not sure, it's pretty damn close as it is which scares me.

If you are using a centering ring and a spacer you would be better off with a spacer that is piloted to match the hub and the wheel. I would also suggest longer hardware and get around 6 full turns of engagement on the hardware.

The thing is I really don't wanna go through the process of changing wheel studs. Would it be possible to bore out the openings in the wheels .03"s so I can run ET lug nuts? Has this been done?

i would invest in a torque wrench. should be at about 80lbs

i often see that lug nuts are over torqued by hand.
